Pests and Diseases of Trees and Palms

Increasing infestations and mortality of trees and palms, are of concern to urban foresters and other professionals.  These are some of the pests affecting our region.

The Asian citrus psyllid (ACP) is a pest that acts as a carrier or vector spreading “huanglongbing” (HLB), a devastating disease of citrus trees.
